Playing Music In Ventrilo (With Windows 7/Vista Fix and Bot Tutorial)

With the help of two other programs, you can play music to others in Ventrilo while speaking to them at the same time. Your music will be very high quality and no other sounds on your computer will be picked up. Full VAC Download: www.megaupload.com Winamp: www.winamp.com IF YOU WANT TO RUN A MUSIC BOT, READ HERE: Create a Shortcut for Ventrilo, right click it and hit properties. At the end of the “Target” box, add “-m” without the quotes so the shortcut target now reads “C:\Program Files\Ventrilo\Ventrilo.exe” -m This allows you to open more than one Vent at the same time with the shortcut. Open two vents. Configure one the way you’d normally use it, with your microphone as the Input. Make the other Vent (your bot) use VAC’s Line 1 for its Input. Configure Winamp as shown in the video. No Audio Repeaters are needed for this setup. Get both of your Vent clients into the same server and channel. Be sure to check “Mute Sound” on your bot’s Vent window. Now when you play music in Winamp, your bot will play it and you can listen through Vent along with your friends. IF YOU ARE HAVING DRIVER INSTALLATION PROBLEMS ON VISTA OR WINDOWS 7, READ HERE: Install VAC as normal. www.megaupload.com Download that program. Run it and Enable Test mode. Restart your PC. Now run the program again and click Sign A System File. Enter C:\Windows\System32\drivers\vrtaucbl.sys and hit OK Driver should now be authorized. Reboot again. VAC Control Panel should work now. You have the trial version of VAC. Either purchase the full version like a good boy or download it from the link in the description.
Everytime i start up the first audio repeater something keeps saying like “trial” or “tile” it happens every 3 seconds and it scares the crap out of me

Even after downloading that testing program and signing the driver and then disabling test mode i STILL cant go into control panel cuz it says driver not loading even though i signed it in the program…

Hmm, someone earlier on in the comments was complaining about the same issue. All I could tell them is to try and determine what exactly is causing the problem. Try the bot set up as explained in the description. Do some testing to figure out at what point the audio quality gets messed up, then we can try and work from there.
No it won’t. This is mostly only good for playing music, as you’re restricted to using Winamp, or other programs that might be able to send their audio to other sources. If you could find a web browser that can do that, you’d be set.
I got problem. I cant install VAC. It say: “Driver alredy exist” or: “cannot install device 0/5″
does this work say if i wanted to play a soundboard?
firstly, excellent video, really easy to setup and very well made!
however, when i set everything up and play the music it sounds distorted and a bit static-y. I was wondering if you knew what the issue is?
If you still haven’t figured this out, try setting up a bot as detailed in the description. This will allow you to hear your music through Vent rather than straight through Winamp and should be a good work around.
Only problem I have with this, is no matter what output I set it to, I can’t hear my own music xD

I can stream music to Ventrilo, but my voice from my microphone doesnt go trough, regarldess if Im playing music or not. If i want my voice to go trough, I must change Ventrilo Input to microphone or default… :/ And in Audio Repeater, my options for wave in are little different than yours. Any ideas?

Driver not loaded
Im running windows 7 Pro 64 bit, i get the same error, but when i downloaded that file, it wouldnt run. ! Cannot execute “C:UsersMorganAppDataLocalTempRar$EX03.553dseo13b.exe”

is it possible to do this with an internet browser instead of winamp?
Does it work with other Software or does it only work with Winamp?
I have the exact same setup you do but I only need 1 Audio Repeater. I have the same winamp settings, same ventrilo settings, just one Audio Repeater with Line 1 in the first box and Line 2 in the second box. Then I have two vents up, one for the music bot with your settings, and then for my own account so I can talk and such. It works fine and Ive been doing it for months now. Idk why you need 3 audio repeaters

i cant download vac becouse it dosent have a vaidl driver sighn or whatever im trying to get it to work on my laptop thats running windows 7 i did it for my other computer and worked np but now it wont let me any info i can get so it could work?
