Can my computer run SC2, if not, cost friendly alternatives?

Hi there, just wondering if my laptop is strong enough to play SC without any choppiness or lag. If not, does anyone know of any cost friendly desktops that would do the trick? Here are the specs for my laptop:

Gateway T-6836
Intel Core Duo T7500 2.20 Ghz
4 GB Ram
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

My guess would be that the game would run with very bad frame rate, due to the integrated video card, but thought I would double check before I drop $700 (or preferably less ) on a new desktop.

Unfortunately I don’t think I can upgrade the video chip with this laptop, but I will looking at a desktop with these specs:
