can access yahoo mail from other source but not messenger. also i get a msg about script not working that means i cannot receive buzz while chatting. why is this?

sounds like a problem with your browser
download ccleaner
run through a couple of times including ‘registry’ from left hand toolbar
restart computer
sign in
if you tried to download messenger with a corrupt browser your messenger software may not have fully loaded.
when I updated, I downloaded a new browser for the job ( firefox) and messenger 9 was fully loaded and is working well.
